Elevate Medical Clinic provides comprehensive primary health care services to Campbell River residents. Our team works together to meet all primary health care needs, including routine screenings, medication renewals, simple procedures, referrals to specialists, maternity care, and ongoing follow-up.
Elevate Medical also offers wrap-around care for marginalized individuals, ensuring low-barrier access to primary health care for those facing mental health struggles, substance use issues, homelessness, and racism. We work together to help reduce the systemic barriers people face when navigating the healthcare system. Our team is dedicated to providing culturally safe and trauma-informed care.

Elevate Medical Clinic is situated in Campbell River, a picturesque coastal town 30 minutes north of the Comox Valley.
